General

MemberPerks® by Venngo offers access to a growing list of exclusive discounts from 1000s of big brands and local favourites. Whether you're shopping online or in-store, be sure to check MemberPerks and save with discounts on apparel, electronics, wellness, home & living, travel, food and more.

All active CBA members in Alberta and British Columbia and their families are eligible to participate in this program.

There is no cost for eligible CBA members to use the MemberPerks program.

+

MemberPerks is available in English and French.

Accessing MemberPerks

  1. Go to cba-alberta.org/MemberPerks
  2. Click the “sign in using my organization account” button and log in with your CBA credentials
  3. Check your CBA-affiliated email for a confirmation email. Click the link within that confirmation email to be brought to the MemberPerks site.
  4. Create your free MemberPerks account. Once your account is created, you are ready to search and redeem discounts at the places where you love to shop, eat and play.

By creating your MemberPerks account with your member credentials, CBA members can easily and quickly access MemberPerks through your respective CBA portal.

Using your CBA member credentials also allows us to confirm that you are an active member of the CBA in either Alberta or B.C.

Go to cba-alberta.org/MemberPerks. Enter your username and password OR click “sign in using my organization account” and enter your CBA credentials to sign in.

Every 30 days, you will be required to log into MemberPerks using the “sign in using my organization account” button so that MemberPerks can confirm that your CBA membership is still active.

  1. Sign in to your MemberPerks account
  2. Go to Account Settings.
  3. Select Invites tab to invite family members

You are required to log in to your MemberPerks account using your CBA credentials every 30 days. Should your CBA membership lapse, the next time you attempt to log in using your CBA credentials, it will flag your membership as inactive and no longer allow you access to the MemberPerks platform. If you renew your CBA membership, you will be able to access your MemberPerks account again.

On an annual basis, we will terminate the accounts of CBA members who have lapsed. If you were to renew your CBA membership after your account is terminated, you will be required to set up a new account.

How To Use MemberPerks

The simplest way is to mark it as a favourite by clicking the favourite (heart) icon within the perk. Otherwise, a quick keyword search by name or product type will bring it up as well.

Perks are available nationwide at over 25,000 locations and online. The mobile apps and website use your location information to show you the perks nearby to help you save money. You can also search for specific perks or categories using the search bar.

MemberPerks is easy to use and can be accessed using the mobile apps or online. Redeeming perks is easy. Each perk includes instructions on how it can be used.

All perks have expiration dates as MemberPerks brand partners look to provide unique offers for your MemberPerks program. Some may be available for days and others for months. If you see a great offer that you want to take advantage of, please be sure to check the expiration date.

If a perk that you think should be available isn’t, try looking for it at a later date as it may be in the process of being updated, or call the Venngo Support Team at 1-866-383-6646 or support@venngo.com.

Yes. If you don’t see a discount for something you are looking for, you can ‘Suggest a Perk’ by clicking the link in the footer to submit your request.  Please provide us with as much information as you can about the business.

Privacy & Communication

Your personal information, privacy and security are important to us. MemberPerks only uses the information you provide to operate the program and give you access to relevant discounts. For complete details please review the MemberPerks Privacy Policy.

MemberPerks will email you as often several times per week, depending on your email preferences, and will only send you communications you have requested to receive. These emails may include information about new and updated perks, invitations to complete MemberPerks surveys and more.

To unsubscribe or update your email preferences, sign into your account, go to Email Preferences and select the categories you wish to receive communications about. To unsubscribe, uncheck all the email categories.  

You can also change the email address at which you receive correspondence from MemberPerks by updating it on this page.

If you are not interested, and have not created an account, you don’t need to do anything. The CBA will not transfer your personal information to MemberPerks or create an account on your behalf.

If you have already created a profile on MemberPerks, you will need to unsubscribe from future email notifications if you do not wish to receive them. See “How do I unsubscribe from MemberPerks emails or change my email preferences?” for instructions on how to unsubscribe.

Venngo directly sells certain entertainment and health and wellness products. If you are uncertain about a specific charge, or your statement is inaccurate, please contact the Venngo Support Team at 1-866-383-6646 or support@venngo.com.

No, it won’t! If you have updated your CBA login credentials due to a change in employment or for another reason, you can use your new credentials to access MemberPerks.

If you need to update your email address, you can do so by visiting the Email Preferences menu in your MemberPerks account. See “How do I unsubscribe from MemberPerks emails or change my email preferences?” for details on how to update your email preferences.

If you forget the password for your CBA login, you can click the “Forgot your password?” link below the email and password fields to reset. If you forget your CBA login email address, you can contact the CBA Alberta Branch or the CBA national Membership Department at 1-800-267-8860 or memberservice@cba.org.

OOPS! INVALID EMAIL OR PASSWORD

The email or password you are using to log in through your CBA account is incorrect. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link. If you have forgotten the email address used to log into your CBA account, please contact the CBA Alberta Branch or the CBA national Membership Department at 1-800-267-8860 or memberservice@cba.org.
 

ATTENTION. MemberPerks is currently offered only to CBA members at the BC and Alberta Branches.

If you are a member of the AB or BC branch and receive this message, please ensure you are attempting to access MemberPerks through your primary branch.

If you are a primary member of the Alberta Branch, visit www.cba-alberta.org/MemberPerks.

If you are a primary member of the BC Branch, visit www.cbabc.org/MemberPerks.

If you are a member of another CBA branch, this program is not currently available to you. We hope to expand this program across the country in the future.

Your CBA membership has lapsed. If you would like to renew your membership to access MemberPerks, you can do so at https://www.cba-alberta.org/Membership/Join-Renew.

If you believe your CBA membership should currently be active, please contact the CBA national Membership Department at 1-800-267-8860 or memberservice@cba.org.

You are attempting to log in with a non-member account. To join the CBA and activate your account, contact the CBA national Membership Department at 1-800-267-8860 or memberservice@cba.org.

If you receive this message, it is because you have either not yet created a MemberPerks account, or you are entering an incorrect username or password.

To resolve, click the “Sign in using my organization account” button and enter your CBA login credentials. If you have not yet created an account, you will be prompted to do so here. See “How do I create my MemberPerks account?” for more information.

If you have already created a MemberPerks account, once you have logged in with your CBA credentials, go to your account settings to view your username and update your password, if necessary.
