The Lieutenant Governor has issued Order in Council 27/2021 making the Alberta Rules of Court (Divorce Proceedings) Amendment Regulation (AR 23/2021). The Amendment Regulation will take effect on March 1, 2021, when section 12 of Bill C-78 comes into force.
