Speakers include trademark patent examiners, accountants, members of the technology and intellectual property bar, and other members. Speakers provide insight into important issues for CBA Alberta members in private practice, and in-house, for early-career lawyers and senior counsel. The Section seeks to have discussions, which are not only timely, but also of benefit to CBA Alberta members in daily practice.
