Real Property Law – Residential

The Residential Real Property Law Section focuses on topics specific to this practice, including conveyancing, mortgage lending, development, municipal planning and subdivision, construction law and leasing.

Monthly speakers from inside and outside the real property bar and the real estate industry provide CBA Alberta members with information that assists in making their practices more effective while continuing to provide a necessary service to the general public.

  • Real Property Law (North): 12:00 p.m., second Wednesday (5 meetings – Sept, Nov, Feb, Apr, June)
  • Real Property Law - Residential (South): 12:00 P.M., third Wednesday (5 meetings - Sept, Nov, Jan, Mar, May)
