The Section features both practice and functional area topics, and presents offerings relevant to the various industry sectors and practice areas in which our members are involved, such as energy, IT, commercial, corporate and employment law. The Section enjoys the support of private practitioners in programming and welcomes outside counsel to enroll and attend events.
The Section also supports CBA Alberta members in career development and networking via the relationship with the national body of CBA In-House Lawyers (formerly CCCA), which provides further resources and services to the Alberta Sections. CBA Alberta members who are in-house lawyers receive complimentary auto-enrollment in the In-House Lawyers Section.
