This includes speaker sessions focused on important environmental law decisions; administrative tribunal processes; regulatory compliance; up and coming topics such as renewable energy and invasive pest management; and academic research from law professors across the country. Members, attendees, and speakers come from sectors across the environmental bar including government, private practice, administrative tribunals, and non-profits.
