Through case reports, legislative updates, panel discussions and guest speakers, the Section’s meetings explore a wide variety of topics, with an emphasis on the practical aspects of practicing in this area.
The Section meetings also serve as a forum for CBA Alberta members to discuss new judicial and legislative developments. When appropriate, this Section provides recommendations on proposed legislation relevant to the practice area.
