Municipal Law

Municipal Law is a specialization that overlaps with many practice areas. Municipalities’ decisions affect citizens’ actions from turning on their taps to where their burial plot is located.

Topics will interest lawyers assisting clients on all sides of the issues – government, developers, landowners, taxpayers, business owners and citizens. The Municipal Law Section will help CBA Alberta members by identifying emerging issues and sharing experiences among members.
