The Section holds regular meetings providing continuing legal education on various topics germane to insurance litigation.
Meeting Dates:
- North: 12:00 P.M., first Tuesday (6 meetings)
- South: 12:00 P.M., third Thursday (monthly except Dec)
The Insurance Law Section is comprised of lawyers from the plaintiffs and defense bar, and its mission is to promote and maintain the highest standards of knowledge, skills and ethics among CBA Alberta members in the area of insurance law and practice.
