Diverse speakers are drawn from the Alberta judiciary, both sides of the criminal bar, and outside institutions to discuss recent developments and topics of interest to criminal practitioners and judges. The Section is committed to keeping CBA Alberta members up to date on emerging case law, legislative updates, and emerging trends in criminal law.
