The Creditor & Debtor Law Section focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency, foreclosure and general creditor-debtor law.
The Section discusses relevant legal developments in Alberta and other jurisdictions with monthly case summaries and periodic legislative review provided by CBA Alberta members and other leaders in the practice. Informative presentations are made by members of the bar, the judiciary and related practitioners.
