The Section hosts speakers on a variety of construction and infrastructure-related topics, aiming to educate and inform in-house and private practitioners, taking into consideration the perspectives of property owners, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, arbitrators, and the Courts. CBA Alberta members are invited to join the Section as it examines recent developments in legislation and jurisprudence, discusses interesting changes within the construction industry, and explores the changing nature of the Canadian construction environment. The Section has a proud tradition of goodwill and collegiality within the construction bar, which it aims to uphold and promote.
