The Leader Development Committee ensures that volunteer leaders in CBA Alberta are qualified and skilled persons capable of, and committed to, effectively leading CBA Alberta. This Committee does not appoint candidates to leadership positions, but rather identifies and encourages leadership candidates to apply for leadership positions, including officers and directors of the board, committee chairs and members, Section chairs and executive members, and National leadership positions, with an eye to ensuring, on a continuing basis, a quality pool of diverse candidates who will serve the interests of CBA Alberta well.
