The CBA Alberta offices are located on Treaty 6 and Treaty 7 territory, which are the traditional territories of many First Nations such as the Nehiyaw, Denesuliné, Nakota Sioux, Anishinaabe, Niitsitapi, as well as the Siksika, Kaina and Piikani Nations, the Tsuut’ina Nation and the Stoney Nakoda Nations. We are also within the Métis homelands, and the Métis Nation of Alberta Regions 3 and 4. We are thankful for the opportunity to live, work and play on these lands, and encourage our members to explore the rich traditions of the Indigenous Peoples who have called this land home since time immemorial.
