Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) can help lawyers help their clients to effectively and efficiently resolve legal disputes.
The ADR Section includes lawyers from diverse practice areas who share an interest in learning about ADR processes such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, collaborative law and judicial dispute resolution. The goal of the ADR Section is to enhance awareness of and promote the use of these alternatives to litigation to resolve civil law and family law disputes.
Members of the ADR Section gain valuable insight from a broad range of speakers, including sitting and retired judges, ADR practitioners and academics, on topics that span the gamut from choosing the right ADR process, to cutting-edge developments in ADR, to handy ADR practice tips and tools. Members also benefit from networking and sharing their experiences with their peers.
Join this Section and learn more about ADR and its many benefits.
