This Section presents topics and speakers of interest not only to those lawyers who primarily practice in the area of insolvency law, but to all lawyers whose practice is affected by bankruptcy and insolvency. The Section holds monthly meetings, hosting speakers from the bar, the bench, trustees in bankruptcy, receivers and other groups directly involved in the field. The Section strives to present current and practical information to its members.
